Polyimide P84 is a high-performance fiber material, and adding mesh mainly increases strength and tension, making it non combustible.

Excellent temperature resistance, short-term operating temperature can reach 280 ℃, long-term use temperature can reach 260-300 ℃, initial decomposition temperature is 569 ℃, carbonization does not melt droplets at high temperatures, and smoke density is 1/200 of the Chinese aviation standard,

Has good heat resistance and can maintain stable performance in high temperature environments.

Has certain acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. Good chemical resistance, with certain filtering value for acidic waste gas and alkaline dust, strong acid and alkali resistance, and can be used in occasions with pH 2-12.

Good wear resistance, small operating pressure difference, stable size, and can extend service life.

The limit oxygen index (LOI) reaches 38%, with self extinguishing properties and low smoke emission rate, which can be used for products with high requirements for flame retardant performance such as flame retardant protection.
