Introduction to oil-absorbing pad

Oil absorbing cotton is made of non woven fibers that are lipophilic and do not contain chemicals, which will not cause secondary pollution. It can quickly absorb liquids such as oil stains, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, and vegetable oils that are tens of times its own weight

Oil absorbing cotton, also known as absorbent cotton or industrial absorbent cotton, is divided into three types based on the characteristics of the absorbent material: oil absorbing cotton, chemical absorbent cotton (also known as chemical absorbent cotton, absorbent cotton), and universal absorbent cotton.

Oil absorbing cotton can control and adsorb petroleum hydrocarbons, various acidic (including hydrofluoric acid), alkaline hazardous chemicals, non corrosive liquids, and large-scale oil spills at sea. It is the most commonly used item for handling leaked materials after oil and chemical spills.

Universal oil absorbing cotton, when added with other fibers, can absorb both oil and water, and can be used for mechanical maintenance, automotive maintenance, and oil and water treatment in factory workshops. Suitable for oil, water, coolant, solvents, pigments, dyes, and other unknown liquids. Oil absorption cotton products usually include oil absorption pad (oil absorption piece), oil absorption deep-fried dough sticks, oil absorption roll, oil absorption pillow and oil absorption fence.

Oil absorbing cotton pads are suitable for small area leakage treatment, and can be directly placed on the liquid surface when in use. The leaked liquid will be quickly adsorbed, which is safe and convenient.

Oil absorbing cotton is made by needling polypropylene fibers, which effectively adsorb liquids and retain them. The adsorption product has a strong capillary absorption force, which can absorb the leaked liquid flowing towards the oil absorbing cotton, effectively preventing the diffusion of the leak. The product can be reused after twisting and squeezing.
