Product Description:Black Fabric Insulation Batts is an efficient insulation material that combines needle punching technology and back adhesive technology. Using polyester fiber as the main raw material, a unique fiber structure is formed through needle punching technology to achieve excellent insulation performance. The design of the backing layer makes the product easy to stick to various surfaces and simplifies the installation process.
Manufacturing process:The production process of polyester fibre thermal insulation wool includes the steps of raw material mixing, opening and loosening, carding into a net, laying the net, and baking and moulding. Through these steps, products with excellent thermal insulation properties are formed.
Product Features:
1.Thermal insulation performance: polyester fibre thermal insulation wool has a low thermal conductivity, which can effectively reduce the loss of heat and cold, and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios that require thermal insulation.
